Ever since Lee Taylor founded a-TaylorMade Window as a manufacturer and installer of windows in 1972, the company has focused on attaining complete customer satisfaction through methodical project management. We have more vinyl window experience than just about anyone in the Bay Area. In 1989, three years after IBM systems engineer Steve Kenyon purchased the company, a-TaylorMade Window began manufacturing vinyl windows. In 1999, a-TaylorMade Window discontinued the manufacturing of both their aluminum and vinyl windows due to the rapid changes in the window industry, and focused attention on the installation side of the business, by expanding their lines of window and door options from other manufacturers. Steve’s wife, Cathy, joined the a-TaylorMade Window organization as office manager in 2003. When Steve retired from the business in 2020, he passed the business on to Hassan Shakeri of Float Glass & Mirror LLC.
